Big time Plumbing issues, bathtub in our room didn’t drain well at all, I asked the front desk if they could take a look at it and they said no, and the pipes in the wall were leaking into the room. making the room smell like wet moldy carpet. Big wet spots on the carpet close to the bathroom wall. Bugs all throughout the place. Blankets had nasty stains on them. The list really just goes on and on.

I arrived for my check in and, as I said through Expedia, had two task trained Service Dogs. The lady at the front desk proceeded to try and make me pay $50 for each when they are not pets but are Service Dogs. Then proceeded to put me, a physically disabled individual, on the second floor with no elevator. I had to make multiple trips up and down to collect my things, leaving me in a massive pain flair up. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable -- would you have put someone in a wheelchair on the second story with no elevator? just because mine isn't visible like that doesn't make it any less disabling or real or sever.

The entire property was extremely CLEAN! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally the free breakfast was restaurant quality! Highly recommend.
