I had reserved two rooms and they had only one available I reserved. Those who worked the desk (the female) was asking me about the six girls and where were they going to stay (which rooms). We are a school team of 3 girls and 1 boy (with long hair). So, I was not sure what they were getting at and seemed a little distraught or confused when thy realized the boy was staying in a room alone. The rooms were supposed to be next to each other, but at least they were down the hall from one another. It looked like the hallways were being renovated or were falling apart. The dining area was too small for the amount of people that were staying there. I am grateful the staff had figured things out after I called the principal of our school after 10:30pm (when our tournament was over), because the school was paying for our one-night stay, and those at the desk said they did not have any of their information on file. We eventually got everything squared away. I do not think I would stay here again with my high school team, but maybe myself in a pinch. Especially for $140.97 a room for one night. I have stayed in nicer places, with higher quality for less money. Not to mention one of students' parents read a review about how there were bedbugs not long before we stayed, and another coach had a broken hair dryer in their room. She was almost late to the tournament the next day due to waiting so long for those at the desk.

Overall stay was average. Chosen because the location was convenient to my business needs. Reserved a room for three nights, and each day. The room got canceled, must’ve been a computer glitch somewhere. Additionally, in room heater and fridge were loud and prevented a good night sleep.

I would have found this hotel to be just fine at a lower price. When trying to decide between this location and a comparable hotel about half the price, we chose this more expensive downtown location expecting to be on a vibrant street with lots to do within walking distance. But the area was deadly quiet. A school, a football stadium, parking lots, office buildings. On a weekend, all deserted. We still had to get back in the car to drive to the business district to find a place to eat. But I will say the staff was all very friendly, and the hotel itself was clean, but dated.
