As a culinary I was put off by the staff handling the continental buffet. The should know not to touch trash and trash liners and then touch food items wearing the same gloves. Cross contamination is a real thing and can cost a business some real money

It was a little bit noisy but they do not clean your room everyday when like their other branches

The shower was full of what looked like pubic hairs. There was so much hair that we couldn’t even rinse it out causing the water not to drain. Then we pulled back the covers and there were also a few hairs. We went to the front desk, asked for a refund and just drove home. It was late and we were tired but there was no way I was staying there. We were very disappointed. I stayed at this hotel years ago and had no issues.

Was not very impressed. Hallways and muggy. Hot and smelly. Free breakfast was a joke. Went down 45 min before breakfast stoped being served and everything was empty, trash bags were closed up. Workers behind the desk were standing there playing on their phones. I was very pleased to be able to get extra towels and bedding easily. Overall wouldn’t recommend this stay.
