Everything was great at the Residence Inn. The only comment about the handicap access room is that the couch is to low to the floor making it difficult for handicap customers.

Posted 10 Mar 2024 on HotelsRefreshing! We were given a room on a quiet floor, since there were a couple of middle school basketball teams. That was thoughtful. Ice maker in the freezer, convenient. The bed was more comfortable than ours. We didn't do the buffet, but slept in, and made breakfast in our room. We appreciate the late check out time.

The room was nice and comfortable. However, the a/c unit was loud when on. The latch on the door was dangling even after we asked for fix, it's still missing screws and still dangling a bit, not as bad as before though. Overall, it's a great place to stay in that area.

This was a business trip, and the hotel is convenient to where I was working.

Nice property. Room was cleanish. Didn’t look like anyone cleaned out cupboards or sofa bed in months. Lots of dirt and hair in sofa bed. Food in cupboards. Otherwise very nice and comfortable
