We had a brilliant few days staying here for a girls getaway! The building is easy to find, super safe and very clean. Our room was very warm but they had already thought of that, with 2 huge fans kept in the room for us, making us more comfortable. The customer service was very efficient and always available to help. The only thing I would note is that there are no lifts there and we were on the top floor with heavy suitcases. Other than that it is a super location and we would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was modern, clean and beautifully decorated with everything that we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for exploring Bath.

The property was lovely. It would have been ideal to have one bedroom separate from the open plan area to settle the kids to sleep. In the night 2. to 3. April there were ear splitting roadworks going on past midnight. Not your fault but would appreciate if you feedback to council that it was hopefully emergency works or else ridiculously inconsiderate.

Lovely modern apartment in centre, but noisy.

Right in the centre of Bath, as a result, being above a bus station and busy street, it was very noisy at night. We stayed as a family for 4, worth noting that it is all open plan, so not that suitable for 2 children and 2 adults as had to be quiet/keep the lights off once they had gone to sleep. Sectioning off the bed area would have helped.

Nice apartment in a good location
Posted 26 Feb 2024 on HotelsApartment was spacious and clean and in a good location however the shower did not work, the water basically trickled out it was not fit for purpose. When we raised it with house keeping they said the problem has been raised the week before but nothing had been done about it. He also said he would report it to the manager and get back to us but we have heard nothing since.

But to preserve its cultural heritage, it is protected by UNESCO.This means that all these 300-year-old buildings are not to be drilled, destroyed, or altered in any way as per UK laws and regulations.Thus, in that building the water is instantly being heated by heaters in each shower and not by a central system. Should the pressure be higher, and the water flows faster, the heaters would not have the time to make the water hot. Our allowed options were low pressure or no hot water at all, as we could not create a boiler room since it was not already there... Please feel free to inform reception and not housekeepers of any issue that may occur during your stay next time. Kind regards, Hiding Space
