Hotel listed as closing at 9pm on line and in the information provided with the booking. We showed up at 8:15pm and the reception was closed. Tried ringing the bell multiple times with no response. Then tried phoning and someone kept hanging the phone up. Ended up having to book another hotel.

Poorly maintained. Air conditioning blowing hot air. Exhaust fan filthy. Bbq area disgraceful, shopping trolley left there and rubbish hadn’t been removed for quite a while.

Disappointing. Cleanliness was poor, service was non-existent, the pool was dirty and not heated. Grounds were also not maintained. We won't be staying here again.

Very close to everything, wouldnt say its quiet as its on a main road but i slept very well .
