Room is small. No clock. Shower head terrible. Two towels for two people..really...toilet paper is sand paper. Tv channel selection was terrible. Air conditioning noisy...

Chose hotel for reviews about its cleanliness. Everything clean except shower: very dirty glass door & mold in seams/crevices. Another negative was breakfast: no yogurt - only whole milk or oat milk for cereals: cheerios (oat based), granola (oat based), fruit loops, & hot oatmeal. Spouse can’t eat oats, high fat dairy & sausage, so bagels & eggs, it was. Loved accessibility to I-90 yet no highway noise. Would stay again (but bring own yogurt & low-fat milk.)

This property was perfect for my team to stay in while participating in games at Batavia Field. The Floor manager (Arthur) was outstanding: very professional, helpful and courteous.
