"The balcony lights not working, checked by staff says fused but no action done. Balcony jacuzzi water heater sucks. Not able to fill up hot tub. Water icy cold. Wasted money on having a jacuzzi, no housekeeping services or towel changing services also poor. Left clean towel on sofa but did not remove the soiled towel we pile up for them. No microwave in 3 bedroom. Difficult to heat up food using the convention oven."

The day before our checkout I spoke to your desk staff and they said of course sir we can provide take away breakfast at 04:30 on checkout day. On checkout day at 04:40 I ask for my take away breakfast and was told sorry sir there is no record of your breakfast request. At which point I left. Very sad."
