Great proximity to the twin towers which was very convenient. Owner came by when we checked in to show us the amenities. Swimming pool was amazing with a fantastic view. Have a washer/dryer was very convenient

This was my first time staying at Scarletz Suites, and I was pleasantly surprised! The room was bigger than I expected- it had a dining area and kitchenette- and I had a nice view. The vibe in and around the hotel is kind of 'backpacker fashionable', with several affordable restaurants nearby, and the Petronas Towers a less than 10 minute walk away. The pool and gym were both really nice- I would come back for the pool alone! A few things were a bit strange- the level 8 garden is a bit neglected, so not somewhere that people might want to spend a lot of time, and some areas of the hotel had a weird smell, which I think was coming from the drains. Also, I was expecting the rooftop restaurant to be open, and it, plus a lounge up there, seemed to be not opening yet, with furniture still wrapped up in plastic. All in all, I would check for availability here first, the next time I'm coming back to KL. It had an authetically 'hip' vibe, and is good value, vs the nearby W Hotel, which is hoping to capture a similar feel but at 5x the price.

hotel in a central area, convenient for getting around. excellent services. in the hall there is also a small supermarket open until late. nearby excellent places to drink and eat. the room is a mini apartment with kitchen, modern bathroom, living room and bed with a spectacular view of the city. clean and organized environments. a wonderful swimming pool on the terrace. excellent quality/price ratio

Price & Location is good. However, the cleanliness really need some improvement. There are several management agent to look after this service apartment, some are pretty good as we can see from our friends’ room in different levels. Ours one is not so good unfortunately.

The pool was really nice and the customer service was great. The elevator in the building gets overly busy which can be annoying. For the price the value is very good in comparison to other nearby suites and we loved how close to the towers the building is.
