The serviced apartment is surprisingly clean and nice. Very comfortable for the family. One minor comment is the guests from serviced apartment cannot ask for towel when visiting the pool at the hotel.

The reception staff were exceptionally impressive with their friendly attitude and their motto “service with a smile “. They were polite answering my questions and even offered places of interest. Even the shuttle transportation driver Bagas was also very friendly and polite. Seems like the staff there were happy and this in return makes the whole environment a pleasant place to stay. The room ( a 3 bedroom apartment) were big and clean. The beds were firm without giving guests backache sleeping in it. Not all accommodation that we have stayed have such comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Definitely if we go to Batam, we will choose to stay in Panbil service apartment again.

Didn’t really fancy too much in this hotel. Breakfast a lot of food didn’t replenish shortly after all were taken off. Distance a bit far from shopping location. Necessities not fully provided. Short of hand towel. My frd’s room short of safebox, bowls, wardrobe light not working. Hotel can consider to provide comb, body lotion if possible.

This my first time coming to this hotel . The hotel is good but need to go out to take taxi and no near by coffeeshop or min Mart . Second thing quite disappointed about when I checked in my room no wifi . I inform the reception they say somebody is coming but we waited 1 hour nobody turn up and waste my time . Then we went go and come back almost 7pm there is wifi . Lastly breakfast. Just image we only eat bread and cold drink . No coffee at all even the waiter did not top up and most the food totally empty . Sorry to said this hope I don't come to this hotel again Thank u
