air con not cold, in room safe can’t be used, reminded twice but nothing was done. No menu in room, didn’t bring even after reminded twice. mediocre breakfast

pre arrival sent email to confirm all 6 rooms on same floor. Confirmation email sent to us. But they couldn’t give us sane floor rooms upon checkin. Very very inconvenient. Toiletries not topped up, no coffee cups no glasses. Toilet flush leaked, had to change rooms in middle of meeting !!!!

1. Staff availability answering phone call 2. Request as per booking not fulfill. (Example: we wanted for queen bed but when arrived, no more available) 3. Aircon not cool. 4. Our room near to the lift, it was very noisy when the brake catches or release.

Very poor in services. Poor facilities. Dirty room. No utensil. No tooth paste. Noisy by other room stayer . Not going to stay here anymore
