I am having event at Aston hotel. This unit is exactly at Aston but cheaper. So it is convenient for me. Room is comfy, bed is great. Owner or CD is responsive.
Only owner didn't provide free room makeup service. You will be charge Rp 200k for room makeup or house keeping. Also unit location is near to Masjid where you will be disturbed by sholat prayer time loudspeaker at midnight. And unit is near to swimming pool and children playground, I feel a little bit been disturbed and annoyed with all the noises.
Room is using smart key system but the smart key are not really smart and a little bit mulfunction.

Sorry for the bad experience. Your initial problem with check in is due to miscommunication and other people giving wrong contact number. But after we got in contact we have tried our best to serve you. Your complaints during the time of your stay includes: The AC is not cold, leaking water hose, missing items, and being bothered by other resident. We are sorry about this, the AC was immediately cleaned after your stay and the water hose was immediately fixed, as for the missing item we have inspect and non of our team have taken it, and we have a strict guideline about only getting in the apartment if the guest asked to, which you did because you have asked for housekeeping and to check the leaking water hose. As for the behavior of other people/resident we are sorry, but we do not own the whole apartment, only a few room and we cannot control the behavior of every single resident in the apartment building. We have suggest to you before if any of the other resident did something that crossed a line then you can report to us or the apartment security. Once again thank you for the review and sorry for the unfortunate experiences.
