No cleaning done . They only offer late checkout and start cleaning at 4pm

the only good things is near ferry terminal , the bad things is the condition of property very bad, main door already crack and see inside from outside,and the water heater just can let 1 person bath , and need wait 3 hours just can become hot , and cannot use hair dryer when another person bath , electric will jump , so if u stay inside 5 ppl , the whole day use for waiting hot water , if u can accept use cool water to bath , u can choose this

The apartment was within walking distance to the ferry terminal which was a plus point. However, we found ants and tiny cockroaches within the cracks of the floor which kinda grossed us out. Overall not a bad experience but I would have enjoyed my stay more if the apartment had been cleaner
