3rd time staying at this hotel . Really like the environment around there and of cos the service in the hotel .

Bedsheets, cups, stirrers have stains. Missing of one coffee cup in 1 of our room. Shampoo n body wash did not refill. Toilet bowl smelly. Room has some weird smell. Bathroom no clothes hanger. Compilatory water should provide 4 bottles instead. Overall non smoking rooms are acceptable. This hotel is accessible to many eatery, supermarts, massage etc

Everything was fine except the elevator and breakfast activity. Why one of the elevator was shutdown during peak hours @when there is two section time frame given for breakfast timing? The lacking of manpower during breakfast makes the area congested. Tables were not supply with napkin or tissue papers.
