This is a reasonably priced hotel and the conditions are fine for the amount you are paying.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeper was nice and happy to resupply items also made us feel welcomed. On all my travels this was the best motel I’ve ever stayed at. Would definitely recommend this place especially if your traveling.

Modest motel room, but clean and a fair price. Just fine for basic accomodations for the night. No coffee in the room or breakfast buffet, but 35 to 70 bucks cheaper than the motels across the highway that offer those amenities. Convenient to dining, HEB grocery store and WalMart. Good bang for your buck.

Motel appears to have been upgraded and modernized. The dirty, leaking swimming pool has been converted to a basketball court, so don't bring a bikini, just a b ball. I was disappointed that interactions were conducted through a partially open window. That limited facilities like breakfast (not available). Not as advertised! But a very pleasant night's stay.

My room was clean and my bed was soft so what more could I really ask for I am satisfied overall.
