Staff very helpful . Liked the refrigerator & microwave in the room . Room was very dirty especially the bathroom. Smelled strongly like cigarettes although a non smoking room. Others were smoking in hall .

The hallway our room was in smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, and there was a sticker on one of the headboards, but otherwise it was pretty decent place to stay.

No hot water, even though i requested a nonsmoking room, room smelt like it was previously smoked in. And a\c wasnt working properly

Everything was fine minus our bathroom. It didn’t seem clean. There were a lot of what looked like abandoned projects. Plants outside with a bag of mulch, old pump for the fish tank in the lobby. Just simple stuff that could help raise the star rating. Staff was there…not friendly but not rude. Again small stuff and it was cheap to stay. The area around it was decent, not terrible, just a small town atmosphere.
