Average property, the mattress in our unit was thin and you could feel the springs against your back.

Sanita our housing assistant was so helpful. She was kind and offered grocery shopping suggestions that saved us money. She IS the reason we'll return to Timothy Beach Resort and beautiful SEA! Love your resort and the Suite! Room 31 was awesome.

This is our 2nd stay at Timothy Beach and ut was better than last year. The beach is very accessible and we snorkeled right there and ot was the best.
My only complaint is the mattress and pillows are awful. But hey, we didnt go there to sleep.

Very comfortable facility directly on the beach. Close to many waterfront bar and grills. Very attentive and friendly staff.

Great stay.
Posted 28 Feb 2024 on HotelsHotel was clean and room serviced every day. Dock bar opening times were a bit erratic but Leroy was great when it was open. Staff really helpful and friendly. Location was great with plenty of choice of bars and restaurants on The Strip. Overall great value for money. Great sunset views from our balcony.

The grounds are well kept. It’s convenient to the beach and restaurants. The rooms are well furnished. The employees are all friendly. This is our 7th time there. And we’ll be back.
