The staff in particular were great. Welcoming, courteous, friendly but professional, caring and thoughtful.
My room was pretty good but I guess a little tired.
There was no noise from the pub or other areas around. I slept well.

The room was very smelly nothing like the pictures don’t believe for a second I got the quality i requested if i did I glad i didn’t opt for a lesser standard. Felt very itchy at night no bites but was itchy

We stayed in a Superior Double room (18). The mattress was terrible, old a saggy, resulting in a terrible nights sleep, definitely needs changing. Also bedside lamp had no bulb in it meaning us having to swap lamps around.

Walls between room very thin. Heard all conversation from neighboring room. Staff were friendly. Nice breakfast.

Good size room, cleanliness and located in the centre of town. Free parking at the hotel.
