Room was cold, radiator didnt work, after I requested was given a very old electric heater that was extremely noisy! Area around the property looked derilict gardens unkept and generally untidy.

You claim to be a dog friendly hotel but, although dinner can be taken in the lounge with your dogs, there are no areas where you can have breakfast with your dogs. Very disappointing.

A 4* that lives up to its credentials
