Staff very kind and helpful. They could speak several languages fluently including English. Little garden in the back a lovely haven. Close to train station and old town / a great location.

This hotel is nicely located for the railway station and the old town. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for reasonably priced accommodation in Basel

The hotel was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Small hotel, good size room for a budget room, quiet neighbourhood, 5 minute walk to center for bars, shopping, dining and transport. Zoo and art museums were a 9 minute walk. Lovely garden to sit out for breakfast or wine in the evening. Staff were great. I would certainly stay again.
