Me quedé en este hotel en un viaje de trabajo, está muy bien ubicado con restaurantes “walking distance” , el área es segura, el hotel tiene unos cuantos ańos y las instalaciones no son las más nuevas, pero está ok

15-Year-old property that's never been renovated. DIRTY is the best word to described just about everything, but especially the room. Dirty curtains, carpets, floors, dust everywhere, old damaged furniture, hot water was Luke warm. Should be a regular NH, not "Collection" (that's an insult to the brand!). For NH to brand this as a Collection hotel is pure marketing. GREAT STAFF, super friendly & very attentive. Good breakfast buffet, tiny gym.

La propiedad esta ubicada en un lugar muy conveniente, cerca de muy buenos restaurantes inclusive el del hotel, cerca de excelentes centros comerciales. No hay que utilizar los taxis de la calle por que tiene una flota de autos que te pueden llevar a todos los lugares ( son un poco mas caro que el taxi normal pero vale la pena ) El desayuno es excelente mucha , variedad de frutas, jugos , quesos, fiambres y panes. El servicio de las meseras y cocineras es excelente. Recomiendo este hotel.

Beds are hard, feels like sleeping on the floor. Weird smell on towels. Toilet, shower and sink; clogged. Toilet needs to be flushed multiple times. Only 2 toilet paper, you would have to ask for room service for more or call reception. The pool was dirty. Breakfast buffet, everything is cold; eggs, pancakes, mini meat empanadas and only one toaster available, having to wait along time when large groups; too many inconveniences. Coffee was good. Room was clean. Elevator worked great, need room key to access. The hotel is in a great area, McDonald’s across the street, recommend Henry’s place if you want to a few drinks and good food full menu. A lot of nice restaurants in the area.

“The hotel room was disappointing due to an uncomfortable bed and excessive noise from the street. It made for a restless night’s sleep, detracting from an otherwise potentially pleasant stay.”
