Two hotels we booked through Expedia are complete SCAMS and don’t exist. No help was provided by Expedia to fix their mistakes. Prepaid through Expedia booked then repaid again for hotels at higher rates when there were no actual Expedia accommodations. Poor Customer Service from Expedia.

Pues la verdad vale la pena más hablar directo con la dueña para que no allá fallas igual estuvo muy agusto mi estancia y no tuve problemas ni ningún inconveniente la verdad estuve muy agusto el día que me hospe

Llegamos y la persona que estaba al frente muy grosera nos atendió y dijo que no tenía reservación para nosotros que ella tenía todo lleno

Fraude del hotel o de ustedes

Ni siquiera me recibieron, ustedes cobraron la habitación y ellos ni siquiera abrieron, y en atención a clientes d e hoteles.com No pudieron resolver nada Me quede a dormir en la calle x q el hotel n nunca me recibió Malo malo Fraude fraude
