The pool was nice but they only turned on the water slide once in 3 days

The pools were very pretty & clean. The temperature of the water was great. The common areas were also kept very clean. When we had a concern about something, the manager dealt with it right away. My only complaint is that the bed was rock hard.

Posted 25 Feb 2020 on HotelsVery disappointing stay. Hard to locate on a very rough gravel drive with no signage. Seems like a resort that was built and never finished. Tiny room. No soap or shampoo. The bed was comfortable and pool was nice but overall was generally unsatisfactory. Room was clean but no refrig., no drinking water, and wifi didn't reach my room. I left after 4 nights and forfeited my last two prepaid nights. Obviously, I would not recommend this hotel until it is finished and they have their act together. I booked another hotel to get out of this disappointment.

Room had so much cockroach spray I couldn't breath. No mini fridge, no chairs on the patio. The guy at the front desk and owner told me I could cancel my reservation and he'd okay it with expedia, they didn't.
