This is a unique property. It’s very high tech and took a few minutes to figure out how to work some of the controls but it’s sparkling clean and comfortable and right in the heart of town. Definitely would return.

Rafaela was an excellent host! She recommended where to park (we had to pay) but helped us unload and load our luggage, explained everything in great detail and made sure we were well situated before she left us. The place was clean and quiet and had great amenities. The food was excellent.

Central location, excellent service. Please note it will be quite loud if you try to keep the balcony/window open because of central location. Great recommendations for restaurants and shops.

Great choice if staying in Bari /Old Bari
Posted 17 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe staff here are really amazing. Very kind and helpful. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and is in the heart of the city. Thankfully they also have smart TVs so you can log into Netflix, etc. Everything you need is just a block or two away (shopping, Old Bari, train station, etc). We enjoyed our stay at Dilman a lot more than our hotels in Rome.
There were only a few minor issues. The bath towels are so small they’re like hand towels. The toilet seats are very high, so if you’re < 5’8” your feet might not even touch the ground. But these are small problems.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend the Dilman hotel.

Norberto was a great host when we arrived, he showed us everything and mapped out the area for us. The other front desk staff were very helpful as well. The room was perfect, well appointed and spacious. I would highly recommend
