Comfortable close-to-station overnight
Posted 19 Dec 2023 on HotelsWonderful place, easy to access, wonderful to-go breakfast and coffee available. Comfortable bed, 8 minute walk to train station, very responsive host. Everything you would want in a 1-night stay!

Toilet paper could not be thrown into the bowl, toilet flush button was broken. Hot water was not available during the time we stayed. The room was facing a busy main street and was noisy even with all the windows closed. The property was not as close as shown on Google Maps, as you will have to carry your luggage across a bridge with approximately 40 steps. The property manager promised a full refunding but refused to do so the next day. Would not recommend!

Why don't you write that you are scammers with pending complaints (including mine), that I requested the intervention of the police who found that everything was in order, and that before their arrival you ran away? And that you travel all over the world and then invent problems that don't exist on the last night of your stay and then request a refund and continue traveling for free at the expense of those who work honestly? I understand your frustration because things went badly with me and you weren't able to get even one euro back, given that it's all documented by chats, messages, witnesses and complaints that everything was in order and that the problems you wrote about don't exist. I hope to never see you again and that people like you are no longer allowed to hinder the work of those who get up in the morning to go to work honestly!

Posted 15 Jul 2023 on HotelsThe room was comfortable with air con and an ensuite. There was a balcony but and a shutter to keep the morning sun out (but we weren't sure how to get the roller to stay up). There is the standard italian breakfast available with coffee.
We were very happy with being able to keep our luggage at the property after we'd checked out. That freed us up for the whole day, thank you.
Good communication with the management, he was very friendly and accommodating.

Dario is a great host. We loved our stay. Walking distance to great restaurants and cute shops. Even booked us a table at Bianfore and gave us a ride to the airport! Thank you Dario :)

Location is very good, close to everything, but noisy at night.
Inside was clean but very basic and small; balcony was extremely dirty. Bathroom door scratches the tiles, shower leaking.Communal fridge very dirty, coffeemaker broken.

Ideal B&B for a one night stay
Posted 19 May 2023 on HotelsNice little B&B not too far from the railway station. The host was very responsive via Whatsapp and prepared everything we needed for our one night stay. We collected the keys from the little box by the entrance and let ourselves in late at night. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable. Breakfast (delicious coffee and cornetto) served in the bar next door. Only downside that it overlooks a busy street with quite a noise.
