The bed was very comfortable and thought the room was comfortable and well designed. Pool area and breakfast were excellent.

we stayed 3 nights and 2 evening when we arrived back to our room, our door was not latched presumably after cleaning, in both incidences nothing was missing from our room thank goodness. Also the bathroom could be cleaner and a rubber mat would be advisable inside the shower as it was extremely slippery. The bed was comfortable abd the room reasonably clean.

To start the room darkening shade was broken in the half closed position. We I tried to close it came off the wall and stuck me in nose knocking my glasses off and causing a horrible bruise on my nose. They tried to fix it but no luck. I was given an upgrade, when I was finished moving rooms I moved the one pillow only to find a half inch bug. I stripped the bed and found no more and went and told the front desk and they took $20.00 off each night so $80.00 off the total.

Staff cancelled our 10 month reservation the day of arrival. Most likely to take advantage of higher demand available to others during a very busy weekend.

The owner and staff were fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel if you're coming to the Bourbon Trail.
