There is no elevator for the second floor. This is a big problem.

Attentive to details that i appreciate... soft toilet tissue, great linens, rounded shower pole. Bed was very comfortable. Downsides were no elevator and the breakfast was nothing to write home about.

The hotel was clean, quiet with a friendly staff. There is no elevator. The bar was open each evening. The biggest disappointment was the swimming pool was closed and will be permanently. The breakfast was nice, but no variety when staying several days.

Decor was fabulous. All areas of the property were super clean and well maintained. Staff was super friendly. Definitely would stay again when in the area.

Dont stay if you want pool and spa, very disappointing not having hottub to relax in after long trip. Ending up going to another hotel after one night

There are some old pictures floating around of our pool area and I understand that can be deceiving. We are working with the online sites to get these removed. I didn't realize there was no elevator onsite and all of the rooms were on an upper floor. I imagine it probably said this somewhere, but I missed it. Unfortunately I was travelling with someone with some mobility issues, so the stairs were a problem for us.
