Convenient location in walkable area and easy access to transportation. Stayed for business but would consider for other occasions as well.

Arriving to the hotel was super easy and we were allocated a room ahead of our check-in time which was more than perfect. Upon arrival to the room there was a strange musky oder within the room itself, after opening windows and ventilating the room, my partner and I ventured out of the hotel. When we returned the smell was still prominent so we asked if is there was a possibility to move rooms. After being allocated a new room we came to discover that the window did not open in the newly allocated room, causing it to get really hot. The intermittent aircon did help, however it was something that had to be constantly monitored and activated causing a disrupted sleep. We also found damage to the door becoming quite difficult to secure the room, after a few attempts we were successful but left us anxious in knowing our belongings were secure and safe. We approached reception to see if there was anything that could be done about the newly allocated room - but there wasn’t a great amount of service provided. The next day we received a call to the room from reception regarding inconveniences - a free breakfast was allocated as a gesture of good will. Although this was a nice gesture it didn’t surpass the poor experience which was had. We asked a number of occasions to speak with a manager throughout the ongoing issues but we never got a direct interaction or communication. I wouldn’t recommend this property again.

The room smelled terrible. After 5 days I asked for another one that smelled ok, but I should have never been put in that room.
