Posted 11 Mar 2024 on HotelsSo conveniently located for our purposes, it was pretty much a perfect stay. While the hotel bar/restaurant is excellent, the tapas bar right around the corner is also awesome and run by the kindest gentleman.

Amazing staff and beautiful hotel with metro and bullet train station a few minutes away.

Really close to the train station.Quiet,walkable and plenty of restaurants in the area

Service, facilities, room quality and cleanliness were all good and what I would have expected of a 4 star hotel with Hilton branding. Check-in was quick and efficient and the staff member was friendly and welcoming. Check out was similarly quick, efficient and friendly. My only issue was when I went to the bar on my first evening (12th Dec) and waited and waited to be served whilst the staff member just completely ignored me. It was really bizarre as there was no one else being served... it was like I was invisible. My command of Spanish language isn't good so I didn't have the confidence to speak up. I found it embarrassing so I left and went to a local bar in the neighbourhood instead. Maybe they were just overtired rather than lacking in customer service skills. Who knows? Anyway, that aside, my experience of this hotel was very positive.

Desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Super clean hotel. Still smells new. Sensor bathroom lighting was convenient and appreciated.
