The room was very clean and quiet. Communication was very good and the location was outstanding. I would definitely stay again!

Excellent location, walking distance to plaza caralunya and ridemovi bikes nearby. Great customer service upon arrival. Effective and efficient communication with personnel via whatsapp. Super safe place, clean rooms and nice room view from balcony. I left a jacket in the hotel and as soon as I left I got a call from the personnel and they will ship it back to me.

The positives first: the rooms were clean and comfortable and once we were inside them it was fine. The negatives however were numerous. Our family had requested a 4-person room and when we arrived after a long day of travel, we found that the bathroom ceiling was leaking and the floor was completely wet and getting flooded. There is no reception on the premises so we had to call and text to let someone know. It took a few calls before anyone answered thought when they finally did they gave us new codes for two separate rooms, as there was no other 4-person room available. Then in one of our new rooms, the WiFi didn’t work and we called again to tell them immediately. The person who answered said they would look into it but it was never fixed for the entire stay. Also the water dispenser in the lobby didn’t work and they also said they would fix that, but that was not done either during our stay. As I said, the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable enough but the lack of a reception desk on the premises and the inattention to our issues was frustrating. We would not stay here again and I will avoid hotels with no onsite personnel in the future.

There is no front desk, so none to ask or communicate directly, web check in (terrible for an old person which is not familiar with technology) and any inquiries through phone calls… problem not solved The room was booked for 3 people and and had no bedding set (sheets, pillows etc) for the sofa bed, although they said it was inside the closet, we were not able to find them at all

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO RECEPTION AT THIS LOCATION. You will get an e-mail day before arrival with check-in instruction and you'll have to check-in yourself. WE DIDN'T KNOW & WE WERE FRUSTRATED. OTHER THAN CHECK IN, EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT - great location, nice/clean/big rooms, walking to distance to everything, and very private setting.
