We stayed here for 4 nights. In the first night, we had a problem with our air conditioning and called the staffs at reception for help, after a long time someone answered and said they would come to help us, no one came to help us. I found the staff aloof and a bit curt at times and my bins in the bathroom were not emptied. It’s a nice hotel but service is non existent

The hotel is very clean all staff are polite and helpful. It reasonably close to all there is to see downtown but not so close that it is nosy outside. The hotel feels very modern and freshly renovated. The breakfast buffet that can be added to your stay for extra charge is completely worth getting.

There is an on-going smell issue within the facility and the development around the area especially in the back doesn't make you feel safe but the area is quite safe having walked around for 4 days. The staff are lovely and extremely helpful and show the Spanish love hosting a party. Overall a pleasant experience reduced by "the smell" and first impressions of the area.

Great amenities and vegan breakfast options were appreciated. Self-service check-in is quite slow - would be better if scanning of ID were an option. Room was great with amazing views. Metro and tram not far, but getting a taxi is challenging as the hotel is a little off the beaten track.

Great bed and lovely room with fabulous views. It was nice you could open the door for air, but being on the11th floor the half piece of protective glass left me a little squeamish. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Cooked breakfast was top notch. Rooftop bar cocktails were devine A******
