It is my second time at this hotel and always receive excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel. Location is very good.

Check in faultless, hotel foyer spotless, staff professional and courteous and friendly.
The room is great, comfortable, spacious, airy, and bright.
The level experience is on floors 24 and 24, utilising both lounges. I couldn’t be more grateful to receive for personal attentive service and experience for me and family. Thank you so much for the kindness special for Javier and Paola… all staff members!!! Well done for the super time. Highly recommend

The área is very límited and far from everywhere. The floor of the rooms si unconfortable to walk barefoot. The wardrobe withiut doors is not conveniente. It is a very good and Nice hotel but it does not suit my likes.
