The only unique feature of this property was the totally unacceptable construction noise (drilling and hammering) on the 3rd floor especially on a weekend! For what they charge! Stay away!p

Location of the hotel is superb . Staff are very friendly and helpful. However, as the hotel is going through major renovation, there is ongoing construction noise which is disturbing .

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and had the required amenities. Location was good with easy access to all parts of the City

First, this hotel is under construction and it should be disclosed at some point. There is hammering and saws on the 4th floor during daylight hours. If you like an afternoon nap after sightseeing, forget it. There are two elevators in this hotel and they were both occupied by construction workers at one point. After being told to “get the next one” a few times, we finally just started hopping on w the guys regardless. There is a bit of party noise at night, but it usually quieted down by 2400-0100h. Our room was comfortable enough, but I would expect a shower head that hangs in a direction other than horizontal and conditioner dispenser along with the provided shampoo and soap. The lobby staff were great and definitely 4 star plus. The facility, not so much. Maybe after the renovations are complete?

Right there on La Rambla and close to plaza Catalunya. Excellent service and modern rooms. Great food and atmosphere at on premise La Poma restaurant

I wouldn’t consider this a 4 star property. More like a 3. No dining option. Ancient dusty carpet that needed to be replaced. Safe didn’t work. Loud, touristy area. Didn’t feel safe walking around after 23:00.

This was an amazing place for our family to stay. However, there was construction in the hotel which was very noisy. We requested our room to be changed and staff were very helpful with this.
