Enjoyed our stay. One suggestion: please provide a list of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Every time I asked the desk clerks for restaurant recommendations, I was met with blank stares. It was, as though, the clerks had never been asked for restaurant recommendations in the area.

Convenient - good location - nice breakfast - staff not exceptionally friendly - could have made a positive difference as we stayed 5 days - had to request room to be re-cleaned

Nice small room with a beautiful large terrace. Shower and toilet a bit inconvenient as they are inside the room separated only by a thin glass door. The big problem is that we asked for an early taxi to be reserved as we had to take an early morning flight, we asked for a taxi at 5:30AM. The receptionist, a man from Peru, failed to register our request and the taxi was not there. We had to wait for another taxi to arrive.

Beautiful property in a great location. Staff was attentive and helped us with suggestions and guidance. The room was awesome with a nice partial view of la Sagrada Familia.

Overall the hotel is very nice located, and the room is spacious with high ceilings (I got an upgrade on the spot, also because I stayed only for one night). However, considering it’s a 4 star, I would say the hotel is okay, some stains on the carpet, leather of the mattress falling off a bit, staff was helpful but not all the time…
