Good, cheap accommodation. Exactly as expected but checking in out of office hours did not go according to the instructions but our cards we available after calling the out of hours number.

When I read some of reviews online. I was doubtful however I decided to go ahead and it was the correct choice. Bus, train, underground connecting to all parts of main attractions is literally 4 mins walking distance. From property, we were most out and used the property for sleeping and showering. We had more than enough towels for family of four. Plenty of clean sheets . Fridge door didn't close properly, and there was bit of damage on door. But this happens even at home because people live and use the property and it can get damaged. I loved Barcelona and enjoyed my stay at one living. Our flight was late therefore we reached very late but they had shared the instructions on check in. The instructions were very easy and we had no problem check in. I would definitely book it again if I am visiting Barcelona.

I had a pleasant stay at the aparthotel. Its location in a quiet area, away from the bustling life of Barcelona, was appreciated. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, providing a cozy atmosphere. Although I encountered a problem with a cigarette smell in my room on the first night, the staff promptly addressed the issue by relocating me to another room, which was commendable. Additionally, the availability of two free parking spaces outside the aparthotel was a significant advantage, as parking in the city can be expensive. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this aparthotel to others seeking a peaceful retreat in Barcelona.

Where do I begin? We checked in via the machine in front of the building, the passports wouldn’t scan so had to enter all the info manually which was a hassle and it took a while. Everything was fine until I tried to put on the kettle to heat up the milk for the baby. At that moment the power went out and we were left sitting in the dark in the apartment. I checked the switch board to see if I can fix the problem but nothing worked. I sent a message to the emergency number provided by the apartment but nobody replied. In my many years of travelling I have never experienced anything like this. Not to have anyone in the entire building that can assist in situations such as this one is simply outrageous. We had to fumble in the dark the entire night. We couldn’t even charge our phones because the electricity was out in the entire apartment. To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement and like I said I have never had such a bad experience with accommodation in my entire life. I wrote to the reception to make a complaint about the stay and they simply ignored my email. Have not yet received a reply.

The property is in a perfect location there is a mall across the street and public transportation to all destinations is nearby. Montserrat the receptionist was the best.

Nice apartment hotel, in good location. Next to train and busses to the airport and city center. Next to a shopping centre and a few supermarkets. The only problem was the elevator that was not working. I stayed 5 days there and had to walk all the way up to the 6th floor. Not the best experience. Except that I enjoyed my stay.
