Lovely hotel in excellent location. The pool area was being refurbished at the time of our visit and we were not informed it was out of use. Other than that would stay again.

For a hotel with a good number of rooms, I will expect the servicing of the lift to be better handled. There are 2 lifts for customer use. During my stay, only 1 lift was avail for use only. Other lift was not in service. Long wait to use the lift during peak hours.

The room we were put in was very small and dark. Small window looking at an interior wall. Seriously a dundgeon. The bathroom had no shampoo, rinse, lotion and was dangerous with the flooding from the shower design. The rest of the property seemed nice however- we had a really awful room and loud neighboors.

Location was excellent. Just around the corner from shopping centre and Las Ramblas.

The hotel is in an extremely convenient location. Everything is walkable. There's plenty of restaurants nearby. The shopping mall/department store is nearby. Train is a block away.
Only issue was that I booked 4 rooms and only 2 were available when I arrived. I arrived around 3:30pm, and check-in was supposed to be at 2pm. We had to wait around 30 mins before the other 2 rooms were ready.
