The property was nice. I didn’t like that our room had a bad smell. They were also having problems with the drainage. We ask if we can be moved but they said they didn’t have rooms available. They cleaned the room but it was just in a small area in the room that smell like sweat.

It was a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Room was great and we had a nice balcony onlverlooking the busy plaza. Would stay for longer. Busy rooftop bar with amazing view, so they card you(room card) every time you come in the lobby to go upstairs. Front desk was fine, but the porters were super helpful in finding a ride to the airport. Restaurants and sights near by, fantastic town!

Very clean and staff was extraordinary. The pillows could have been firmer. But did not diminish from the hotel. Great location. Would stay there again.

Helpful staff, nice to have doormen, great views of Mediterranean, good restaurant, fine room, fantastic location on Barcelona's cathedral square.

We had a group of 4 women traveling in Barcelona. We occupied 2 bedrooms. The hotel is perfect. It is located in the plaza surrounding the Barcelona Cathedral. It is beautiful with old world charm and a delightful staff to match. The rooms are clean , with beautiful linens. A full breakfast buffet is available in the morning until 11AM and it’s a perfect way to start the day. They also have a beautiful bar, with outdoor and indoor dining service. It is in the Gothic area and is a perfect location, for walking and touring. I cannot wait to go back. I fell in love with Barcelona and this hotel

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They assisted ( on request) with dinner recommendations, local things to do, and made sure a taxi was ready for us at 4AM because we had an early flight and did not want to waste time on flagging down a taxi. 10/10 would stay again

The pictures of the room felt a little misleading(very small room) Granted, I think we got the last room available. Also, there was loud music coming from somewhere. As we stayed on the first floor I got the sense it was coming from a work area.
The staff was fantastic though. Everyone very accommodating and nice!
