Loved this hotel, was a last minute booking and so happy with my choice. Staff was super nice and let us get a late checkout as our flight was severely delayed. This Is a great hotel!

Really lovely hotel. Nice staff. We had the family room which was great for our family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids). Located about a 10 minute walk from the boardwalk, the location was great.

The Reception staff went out of their way to help everyone, including special meals for allergy folks, always smiling, however busy they were, The Housekeeping and cleanliness was excellent, the Dining staff went out of their way to help and worked as a great team.
In the room there was not enough snacks in fridge ie crisp, nibbles as was provided before. Thanks to all your staff. The New Years party went well. It was also great to see H10 looking after their staff ie. the employees children being to a Christmas party/3 Reis
