To check in you have to go to the management office which is 15 min away by taxi!! They wouldn't allow more than 5 people that has space for 6. Location was great.

Wished for a little more

Reception is at a different location that apartment. Tv wasn’t working due to broken cable. Apartment smelled old. Bathroom sync was slow to drain and smelled. Lots of flying bugs even though windows were closed. One light in bathroom was burned creating a darker bathroom because of dark brown shower tiles. AC was working on main living room but spotty on bedrooms.

It is located in a nice neighborhood very close to the metro and dining.but far from most tourist attractions and when using a taxi, it adds up. The apartment itself was ok on the first floor, you need to walk 40 minutes to pick up the keys or drive for 16 mins. It needs to be updated. My issues were, both sliding doors in the bedroom and living room were broken and couldn’t lock them,which caused anxiety for my daughter at night. We asked property manager to fix it but they never did. The bathroom had a big window and when looked at it from the outside you can see everything a person is doing,so I covered it with a small blanket I had. The curtains in the bedroom were sheer and see through no privacy from surrounding buildings. We scheduled one time cleaning since we booked it for a week, but they never showed up to clean. The pull-up sofa and chairs were very old and not comfortable at all. The most annoying thing was the neighbors up stairs. You can hear everything especially late at night We couldn’t sleep sometimes from the noise.for the money we paid I’d rather get a hotel room in a better location.

It is very clean and spacious. I like that there are two sinks. There is L3 metro within two mins. of walking. There are also buses. The area is quiet but very convenient. There are a few markets and a good number of restaurants. There is also a fruit shop where we bought some good fruits. The check-in location is about 20 mins. by taxi which was not expected. One of the floor tile was loose in the living room and one of the cabinet doesn’t close well. We were charged a EU 350 deposit and they returned it after we checked out. It is a little bit far to the Barcelona beach, about half an hour by car. If you plan to go there a lot, you may want to find some place closer. Otherwise, it is a good place to stay.

Comfortable and convenient apartment, easily walk able to many places. Apartment was clean and spacious. Had air-con which was much appreciated. Huge bath towels, which were great. Great hot shower! A few issues we had: Sofa could do with replacing (due to being damaged). The freezer hadnt been closed so was full of ice and wouldnt close. Hair dryer cuts out every few minutes from over heating.
