I didn't like that there was one key to the room that you had to leave downstairs when going out but I loved the size of the room and the location. Would stay again!

Hotel was great, unfortunately the roof top was closed during our stay and this was not mentioned during the booking.

Absolutely loved our stay. My husband and I visited Barcelona for the second time, but with our three year old, and the hotel staff made us feel right at home. Every morning when we would leave we would hand them our room key, for safe keeping, and as soon as we walked in, they all immediately knew which one was ours. Such a pleasant experience. Having a toddler on a strict sleep schedule, I was worried about the noises from other rooms; however, apparently the rooms are all soundproof which was very comforting. In addition to the great staff and comfort of the hotel, the location is perfect. You can’t get any better than this. It’s right in between two metro stations, at least a 2 minute walk to both. We will definitely stay here again!

The European rooms are smaller than US’s room They do not provide a sharp container for diabetics needles. They told me that in Europe do not use face towels, but Rome does. Not enough outlets. 😟
