Welcoming staff. Comfortable room. Problem with the wifi the first few days then it just started working..

Great Value Clean Facility and Comfortable Bed
Posted 29 Oct 2022 on HotelsGreat value room with easy access to public transport not far from La Rambla. We knew it wasn't going to be a large room, being an 'economique', but bed was very comfortable and both the room and bathroom facilities were spotlessly clean. Ideal if you just want somewhere clean and comfortable. Who wants to spend time in their room in Barcelona?

Worst stay ever
Posted 29 Dec 2020 on HotelsI love Barcelona but this property shouldn’t be allowed being on your website. Unprofessional and rude staff, the manager was the worst. No understanding of customer service and customer needs. T/C can justify their behavior. No never more and that I will spread on social media.

Since your discomfort was due to us reminding you of the rules and usages of the booked room. The fact of booking a room does not entitle you to perform any type of act within it, in breach of the registration of customers at the police level in Spain and our establishment.

Well located, safe, near some major metro and bus stations, walkable area right in the middle of Passeig de Gràcia and Rambla de Catalunya. Huge options for food and shopping.
