The staff was wonderful, room was more of a luxury apartment and the food was some of the best I’ve ever had. 100/10

The Catalonia Barcelona Plaza hotel is very nice inside and out. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our stay was marred only by hot weather and inoperative air conditioning.

Very convenient spot in the center of the city. A ton of places withing very short walking distance. Staff was excellent, place is clean a few things may need to be upgraded and/or fixed but overall really good spot.

Heat, roaches, phone... no thanks
Posted 17 Dec 2023 on HotelsLike sleeping in an oven ! Guy at front desk said November so the cold air was Not functioning. But it was over 80F or 27C in the room. Had to sleep with small window open, so all kinds of noise all night long. Finally when got to sleep at 3am... wife screams because big cockroach popped out. Ohh and random phone calls coming into room took any chance of sleep away. Horrible hotel stay.
