Great stay, staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was great, lots of offerings, even champagne! Great that they have a shuttle to and from the airport, would not stay if actually planning to visit Barcelona, nothing around, but that’s expected, usually not much around most airport hotels, we had a one night layover, the kitchen was open late, 1am, which was great as our flight arrived at 10:30pm.

Bathroom smelled milduewy, so that was a bit bad, but rrom was nice and breakfast was awesome

Rooms look very nice but probably the noisiest hotel I've stayed in unfortunately.
Service in the terrace restaurant was slow but good was great.
The best part was the free shuttle service, it was on time and the driver was so friendly and helpful, can't praise him enough

I got shouted at and hugged up on when I phoned up the room service regarding the pizza that I ordered. I simply phoned up to ask if they could deliver some sauces with the pizza... the person who answered the phone didn't give me a chance to actually ask the question properly... cut me off when I said "Hi, I'm just calling re the pizza to 139" and he shouted back "YES! WE KNOW MY COLLEAGUE IS COMING" and then hung up. Insanely rude.
Other than that - nice clean hotel. Good rooms. Fantastic location and the rest of the staff were pleasant. Ideal if you suffer last min cancellation like I did... but that staff member needs a professional discussion in terms of how to speak appropriately to guests...

Some window blinds did not lower completely. This is not immediately apparent and involves a loss of privacy
