The staff was friendly and accommodating. It isn’t mentioned anywhere that this is a heterosexual friendly hotel. That should be mentioned in addition to the adults only aspect. They have a drag show and drag pool party, which were great. Breakfast is okay, but can’t complain for $13 euro. It’s clean and in a great area for tourism.

I like that it a short 30min. walk to most attraction. The music to the 8th floor pool area is loud during the day, but after 8pm, they lower the volume. The staff was helpful and nice

We loved our stay. The property is lovely, and the staff was kind and attentive. The spa is very nice, and we both greatly enjoyed our thorough, professional massages. Our room did not get cleaned every day, which is fine, but it seems that if you’re in your room the first time housekeeping makes an attempt, that they don’t come back. My only real complaint is that the mattress was hard as a rock. But the stay was wonderful overall and I would definitely come back (and see if I can get a softer bed).

The hotel is very old. The facilities are old and relatively unkempt. The staff told me that I was lucky that I still had my room, cuz I arrived at around 2am, and that their system would close at 2:45. But on Expedia, it says that their hotel’s check in ends at 5:30am. When I was using the electric kettle to make tea, the power of the entire room went out, and I had to be moved to a different room. The front desk did give me a voucher for one free drink at their bar. Overall, definitely one of the not-so-pleasant experiences, but nothing obscenely intolerable. The breakfast is average, but for the price it’s not bad.

Hotel front desk should promote the Japanese Restaurant located in their hotel. The service and food was a 5 Star experience .

The hotel lost its LGBTQ status and became more of a straight hotel that is gay friendly. Lots of straight couples in the spa, women as well. If you are a gay guy looking for a cruise hotel (as advertised) this is not the case anymore. Note: avoid any room near the elevators, they are old and noisy.

The room (2nd floor) we were given had an old, mouldy smell. The walls are also very dirty and unpleasant. My partner and I decided to check out immediately. Though the area is convenient, I would not recommend until they improve.

Cool hotel with a nice bar. My only complaint is the hot tub wasn’t hot and one night it was only half full so we couldn’t even use it. Staff was very friendly though.

A wonderful place to stay. Central to restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, buses, metro, etc. The amenities are fairly basic but it’s an old building so don’t expect a fancy ultra modern facility. The staff was amazing and friendly. The only complaints would be that ordering room service didn’t work for me. The extension never picked up even when having the front desk transfer me. I was trying to get breakfast brought up because I was busy packing on my last morning. Even the front desk gave up and asked to take my order, but he didn’t know the menu so that was pointless and a failure. That morning front desk person was probably the only staff member I came across that wasn’t pleasant. But overall, this was a great stay and I will be returning for sure.

Great hotel on the border of the old quarter, close to shopping, eating and transportation options. Quiet due to sealed/sound-proof windows, but enjoyed the balcony with window open, looking out onto the lane w/ all the city life. A treat! Highly recommended A
