Positives
1. Close proximity to Sagrada familia, transport and groceries.
2. Property in very safe area
3. Checkin process is very easy
4 kitchen and washing machine / wifi—> thumsup
Negatives
1. Property bathroom smells very bad and water leaks while taking bath
2. Bedroom dark and ok (hard beds)
3 walls are bit moldy
4 noisy during nights

*** NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY ***
If you have children or elderly family, don't stay here.
The check-in/reception staff only work till 6pm every day, so when the staff leave, the parties begin. This hotel is full of your '18-30' type travellers who are just looking to have parties into the early hours of the morning. I have no issue with this, what I have an issue is with Suite Place not warning me of this and openly advertising itself as family friendly.
Despite telling the staff about noise issues on a daily basis - and even providing recordings of the sounds - they took little to no action or didn't even offer me any compensation for a terrible stay.
It makes no sense that a building with 23 apartments which houses at least 100 people has no staff in place working after 6pm to deal with unruly guests.
So again, if you have family with you - or just want a quiet, relaxing holiday which we all need and pay our money for - DON'T STAY HERE!

This was a nice stay for a couple nights to enjoy Barcelona! The place is exactly as shown in pics the only thing is the bathroom is really really small and of course ( you are in Europe) the a/c looks that is not enough other than this couple thing I will recommend it. Staff very friendly and the area is very nice

You cant sleep. The main door of the building slams all day/night. And you easily can hear it from level 4.
Also all the level doors. Slams

The elevators was not working one week before I arrived, but the owner of the property told me that It just stoped working the day before which was not truth as per other guest advice. We had to use the stairs to go-up to the 3rd floor with the suitcases.

Place was clean and nice. You can get views of the Sagrada from your window. Good place to stay. the bedding was a bit compact. Would stay again
