Poor service not one member of staff smiles. Judith at checkin had a face like she'd just had root canal surgery. No thankyou for choosing or welcome. Restaurant service poor waited 45 mins for check food less than average Bar service 15mins for a drink No tea coffee facilities Went down to restaurant to get a cup of coffee lines at 2 fancy coffee machines waited 20 mins. Noisy doors banging and people next door snoring. Serious staff training needed and invest in more coffee machines. Bus was full to airport so had to get taxi to pick car rental. Why not put another bus on hotel is full. MY ADVICE IS AVOID I USUALLY STAY AT BAH Barcelona airport hotel none of these issues. It wad so bad i checked out and came to BAH for my second night. Do yourself avoid

I was very impressed with their airport shuttle. They sent me the times of airport pickups at the two terminals and the pickup times were precise. This was very important to me since I was traveling alone at night

Airport shuttle was right on time - they have a set schedule. Hotel is in a mall so very convenient for shopping and eating

I picked this hotel because it has 24 complimentary shuttle to the airport. What is an added bonus for this hotel is that it is nest to a shopping mall so there was somewhere to go rather than just sitting in the room. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the room was hot. Apparently the heating and cooling is the same hotel wide and with it being spring hotel was still set on heat. We were able to open a window and get the room cooled down.

The shuttle times are not frequent enough. The staff at check in were less than helpful. The room was small and quite basic which is fine (minus the lack of water bottles or conditioner). The dinner menu/offer was deceiving however the bar staff were kind and helpful. Outdoor area was nice. Spa was nice but quite busy and dirty. sleep was difficult as our room was right above the bar and the hallways carry sounds right into the room.
