Broken toilet was not able to sleep as toilet kept flushing. Front desk showed me how to rig it. Lost sleep just frustrating

The pillows on the bed were very hard and uncomfortable.
Receptionists were very pleasant and helpful.

Great people, nice enough hotel, but one of the two rooms didn’t have hot water, and the other one had a mattress thin enough that the coils were protruding out. If this had been a more expensive hotel, I would have dropped the rating to a 3, but this was still a really good value

Pros:
Very pleasant stay, very good and helpful staff. Definitely recommend it.
Cons:
It would have been nice if bathroom slippers were provided.
The breakfast room coffee was not refilled everyday.

Convenient location with a lot of food options. Staff are friendly and professional. Lack of ceramic cups for hot drinks in room, but they are happy to provide plastic disposable ones for other drinks

Hotel was conveniently located and the free breakfast was very useful. Unfortunately, our room was situated next to an incredibly noisy staff door which deprived us of sleep the first couple of nights and woke us up very early. The situation eventually improved when I complained to reception. Overall, the stay was good.

The location is great, staff is friendly but the mattress is terrible.. I have never hurt my back like this..

Staff were great. Noise between rooms is a real problem but I had another room sorted within minutes so really grateful. Clean and convenient. Could do with a refurb and some armchairs in the rooms but it’s a decent hotel.
