This place is seriously dated to a 1950 Dorm Room in College. For some reason it is rated above eight. I would definitely not do that. The place has a very kept feeling. After looking at the room, we decided we could not stay so we paid more money downtown Florence. We tried to get our money back, but the owner refused and said he’d pay us back. So I paid for a room that I never even kept a pair of socks in. Looked at my bank account. He did not pay the full amount, I’d stay clear!

The room was equipped with only the bare necessities. Air-conditioning did not work properly in either one of the three rooms. The location was extremely convenient though and staff very helpful and courteous.

The apartment was incredibly spacious and the staff was very friendly. Restaurant also available without the need to reserve which is fantastic as a lot of places to eat were closed due to COVID. However, WiFi was awful, you cannot even connect to the network. The signal was also poor given that you will be in the mountains. So be prepared to be uncontactable living there.

It was a fairly nice hotel. Everyone we encountered who worked there was super nice. We had some train delays and then were further delayed at the airport where we went to rent a car, so the reception person was messaging me back and forth for my ETA, as they stop receiving guests at 10 pm. We barely made it, getting there at 930 pm. But once we arrived, everything went smoothly. The kitchen even cooked us some food, despite the late time. The room was like an apartment. Fully furnished, with a full kitchen and even a dishwasher. Breakfast had a fee of 8 euros, but I think it was worth it. It was very quiet. There was a pretty pool, but we didn't get a chance to use it. Pretty location with pretty views. I would stay here again.

The room was large with big windows. The bathroom was tiny and not fresh. Big parking lot and nice area. Staff was very nice and helpful.
