We loved this property! The owner stayed late to welcome us and was so incredibly helpful. I specifically chose the location based on how nostalgic it was. It brought back wonderful childhood memories. The room was spacious and so clean. I highly recommend this property!

The Cromwell's staff was excellent in assisting with questions and making sure that we had everything for our stay. The street area by the Cromwell is currently under construction so you need to pay attention to the detour instructions. All the restaurants and shopping are walkable from the Cromwell. Acadia NP entrance is about 10 minutes. Really a convenient location. Enjoyed our stay.

This motel was clean, quiet, and convenient to Bar Harbor and Acadia. The room was spacious and had a cute balcony for drinking coffee & early morning sun. It was a short 5-10 minute walk to the Main Street in Bar Harbor for shopping and restaurants. There was city road construction being done near the hotel but it did not interfere with our enjoyment of the property. Cromwell Harbor Motel was everything we wanted in a home base while exploring the area.

This motel was incredible and close to everything! Family owned and they were wonderful!! Would highly recommend!

We loved staying at the Cromwell Harbor motel. It is convenient to downtown businesses and the harbor.
Temporary construction detour by the city makes access to the motel initially confusing, and encourages walking downtown, rather than driving...which is a good thing anyways!

We are getting new water lines, new sewer lines and new storm drains.Walking into town is always the preferred mode of transportation from our location due to limited parking in the downtown area, so we're glad to know you enjoyed the stroll!We'll hope to see you again sometime!
