Great views from the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. Clean and quiet place. Good breakfast.

Room had a musty smell but once a/c ran it improved. Carpet was frayed by bathroom, chair had a holes in fabric as did room darkening curtains. Staff were very pleasant. Conveniently close to Biltmore Estate which was the selling point when I booked.

The service was excellent. We didn’t have a working shower, (the water only came out for tub use) The view was amazing!
